The Plan

The Client:

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority is a combined authority covering the ceremonial county of Cambridgeshire in the East of England.

The Brief:

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) are providing a Capital Grant Scheme. A vital flexible capital subsidy to help Registered Limited Companies.

The Result:

This project was a huge success.We worked closely with the CPCA to develop an extremely direct lead generation funnel for the Covid19 Capital Grant Scheme. The system we designed took users to an initial landing page containing information about the scheme.Next, users would be guided to a validation tool (that we built using PHP), which acted as a gateway of criteria that must be passed before moving onto the official application page. This helped to increase the quality of leads generated by the funnel, as they had already been pre-qualified.If a certain combination was selected on the validation tool, the user would be directed to the ‘successful’ landing page, containing the application form, which would then API information into the organisation’s CRM upon submission. If the user selected an incorrect combination and did not pass the criteria, they would be redirected to an ‘unsuccessful’ landing page, containing useful resources and further steps, as to not end their journey in a harsh and abrupt manner.
