The Plan


The Client:

Greener homes group are a team of friendly and professional heating engineers who are happy to assist their customers with all their heating needs. Safety is one of their  utmost concerns, and they ensure that all their staff are Gas Safe registered and fully trained to work professionally and safely.

The Brief:

To redesign the website so that it best captures users details when they land on the website. The website was collecting little to no data from a sizable monthly traffic volume. Organic ranking needed improving and the general presence of Greener Homes Group in the search engine.

Data Capture: 

We designed and implemented a bespoke lead capture quote enquiry tool. In our experience, this form of data capture enhances your conversions by up to 70% when compared to standard contact forms. Standard contact forms can be bland and boring, to the point where they’re even scanned over on the page and not noticed.

We chose to use this style of data capture as it’s engaging, quick and simple, and helps to nurture the user into leaving their contact details.

Qualifying questions are asked throughout the journey of the enquiry tool. The data is then captured and API’d directly into a Google sheet and emailed to the client the moment the lead lands. This enables the client to make contact with prospects within the first 5-10 minutes of them landing, enhancing conversion rates by up to 400% (as cited on HubSpots annual conversions report).
