The Client:

McCallums Surveyors provide chartered property surveys to their clients. Whether you have a small or large house, they will be able to help you with a professional survey. Alongside this they offer Party Wall Agreements and Project Management.The business was established in 2001, bringing together a team of experts with local real estate knowledge. They have used their knowledge to provide clients with strategic and diverse advice in relation to their properties. Any person or corporate body entering into a large financial commitment or disposal should base their decision on hard facts and expert analysis with the same principles being applied to the sale or purchase of property.

The Brief:

McCallums approached us wanting to generate more leads from their website. Their original site was built on Squarespace, which limited SEO capabilities and meant they were not able to rank high in the search engine because of this. Also, the domain they had was purchased through Squarespace.They wanted to move their site to our servers and onto WordPress, where they could expand and generate more leads. McCallums Surveyors were happy with the layout and design of the website. We only made a few minor tweaks to the design.When McCallums contacted us, they were deeply entrenched in Squarespace’s grasp. Their domain was purchased through Squarespace, and their emails came as a package with Google G Suite. We migrated the whole site over to our servers so there wouldn’t be a recurring monthly payment needed to Squarespace anymore.

The Result:

We worked closely with McCallums Surveyors to integrate their website away from Squarespace and to a WordPress website. Using their current design of the website, we only made minor tweaks to create the website they have today. The main focus of their website is the services they offer and how they can help with either surveys, agreements or project management.So we got to work, drafting out a cleaner version of their current website and three weeks later, the new site went live.
