The Plan

The Client:

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority is the combined authority covering the ceremonial county of Cambridgeshire in the East of England.

The Brief:

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) put together the CPCA Business Support portal. This included the Capital Grant Scheme, Talent Portal and CPCA Retraining Scheme. providing a valuable war chest of resources to help Registered Limited Companies.

The Result:

This project was a great success.We worked closely with the CPCA to develop an extremely direct lead gen funnel for local businesses in their local authority area. The system we designed took users to an initial landing page, grouping all projects together and initiating the user funnel, giving three direct options for moving forward. This included the Capital Grant Scheme, a Talent Portal for Job Seekers , a Talent Portal for Employers which led to a Jobs Board , and last but not least the CPCA’s Retraining Scheme.
